Refunds and withdrawal
What happens to your tokens when a generation fails, what happens to your money when an order is refunded, and the right of withdrawal you have as a consumer in the EU.
1. Failed generations
A job that fails, times out, is cancelled or is stopped by the moderation filter costs nothing: the whole token hold goes back into your wallet. If a finished job used less than its estimate, the difference is released back too. Both show up as separate lines in your wallet history. These returns are made in tokens, not money.
2. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, the following statutory withdrawal information applies.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — [Company legal name], [Registered address], info@meshyflix.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction — a bank transfer — unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3. When the right ends early: digital content
Downloadable models and tokens are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. For them the right of withdrawal ends as soon as we begin supplying, provided that
- you expressly agreed at checkout that supply may begin before the withdrawal period ends,
- you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
- we confirmed this to you — we do so in the order email.
Supply begins when your downloads are unlocked or your tokens are credited, which happens once your bank transfer has arrived. Until then you can still withdraw: write to us and the full amount is refunded.
4. How refunds are paid
Money is refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from. If an order for tokens is refunded or cancelled, the tokens it credited are removed from your wallet, never taking the balance below zero.
5. Faulty or incomplete files
The withdrawal waiver does not affect your statutory rights when a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described. Write to info@meshyflix.com with the order number and we will repair or replace the file, or, where that is not possible, reduce the price or refund it.

7. How to ask
Email info@meshyflix.com with your order number. For a job that went wrong, include the job ID from your library so we can look at that exact run.
